At Rudraksho Spiritual Center, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care to deliver authentic, high-quality spiritual products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the sacred and personal nature of spiritual products, Rudraksha beads, gemstones, energized items, idols, malas, pendants, bracelets, and Reiki products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged during transit

• The product received is defective or broken

• An incorrect product was delivered

Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

When submitting a return request, customers must provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos or video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product

• Original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Used or worn products

• Energized or consecrated spiritual items

• Customized or special-order products

• Items damaged due to mishandling or improper use

• Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

Return Approval & Inspection

All return requests are subject to review and approval by Rudraksho Spiritual Center. Once approved, the product must be returned in its original condition. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt before processing any replacement or refund.

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 - 10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

In cases where replacement is approved, the replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost after successful verification.

International Orders

For international shipments, Rudraksho Spiritual Center is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or clearance issues. Returns for international orders may not be feasible; customers are advised to contact our support team for assistance.
