Cancellation Policy

At Rudraksho Spiritual Center, we understand that order plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which customers may request order cancellations.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation by Rudraksho Spiritual Center

Rudraksho Spiritual Center reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

• Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity

• Incorrect product information

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued without additional charges.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund (excluding any payment gateway or processing charges, if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 - 10 business days.

International Orders

Cancellation requests for international orders are subject to the same terms. Once an international order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
